When does drone imagery add value?
With a large garden, a detached house or a distinctive location, an aerial view helps show the bigger picture. You can see how the home, plot and surroundings relate to each other. We choose the perspective based on what matters to property seekers.
How does a drone shoot work?
We discuss the address and the images you need, and send our drone protocol in advance. On site, the photographer assesses whether the shoot can be carried out safely and in accordance with the applicable conditions. Our creative team then selects and edits the footage for a coherent presentation.
Can you fly at every location?
That depends on the location, flight restrictions, weather and conditions on site. Not every place or moment is suitable. Discuss the location beforehand and read our drone protocol; the photographer will not fly if conditions are unsuitable.
How can I use drone photos and video?
Photos give an immediate overview of the location. Video adds movement and can connect the surroundings with the home. We discuss whether you need separate images or a combination with your property video, so everything fits the rest of the presentation.
